Affiliate Partner Agreement

1 Program Enrollment & Verification

Participation in the Omastery Partner Program is open to qualified individuals who register an active affiliate account. To maintain an active partner status:

• You must provide accurate contact and identity information, including a working WhatsApp number and valid email address.
• Your payout bank account details must be verified and match your legal identity to ensure compliance with financial anti-fraud regulations.
• We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend any affiliate enrollment at our sole discretion.

2 Tiered Commission Structure (Pro vs. Free)

The Omastery platform operates on a transparent, merit-based tier structure rewarding committed marketing partners:

• Pro Partner Terms: Pro Partners pay the membership fee (₦30,000 for 6 months or ₦45,000 annually) and enjoy an enhanced 70% commission on eligible product sales, 7+ high-converting funnels per product, the 1,000+ video creative vault per product, unlimited real time live chat, and zero platform withdrawal fees. Access to the purchased training curriculum is permanent and does not expire when the membership term ends.
• Free Partner Terms: Free Partners pay ₦0 forever, earn a guaranteed 30% commission on qualifying sales, receive 1 landing page per product, 2 video creatives, and up to 15 visitor live-chat sessions monthly.

Commissions are credited automatically to your digital wallet immediately upon confirmed settlement by our payment processor.

3 Referral Tracking & Attribution Rules

We utilize high-precision, server-side attribution to guarantee you receive full credit for your marketing efforts:

• 30-Day Attribution Window: When a prospective customer visits through your unique affiliate link (e.g., /p/digital-product-mastery/:username), a secure 30-day tracking cookie is set on their browser.
• Last-Click Attribution Policy: If a buyer clicks links from multiple affiliates, credit is awarded to the partner whose link generated the most recent qualifying click prior to checkout.
• Self-Purchases Prohibited: You are strictly forbidden from purchasing products through your own affiliate link to obtain an unauthorized discount or rebate. Self-referrals will be automatically voided and may result in account termination.

4 Wallet Withdrawals & Bank Payouts

Commissions earned on Omastery are settled cleanly and reliably:

• Weekly Direct Bank Payouts: Withdrawals are processed on a scheduled weekly cycle directly into your registered Nigerian bank account.
• Security Verification: For your protection, updating your payout bank account details requires one-time email authorization token confirmation.
• Reconciliation on Refunds: If a referred order is legitimately refunded under our 30-day guarantee, the associated commission will be reconciled and deducted from the affiliate's pending wallet balance.

5 Ethical Marketing Standards & Prohibitions

All affiliates represent the Omastery ecosystem and must maintain the highest standards of marketing integrity.

Strictly Prohibited Practices (Zero Tolerance):

• Misleading or Exaggerated Claims: Making false earnings promises (e.g. "Get rich in 48 hours without work", "Guaranteed ₦1,000,000 overnight").
• Spam & Unsolicited Messaging: Mass-spamming WhatsApp groups, unconsented email lists, social media comment sections, or forums.
• Impersonation: Creating websites, social profiles, or ads that deceive users into believing you are the official corporate headquarters of The Online Mastery Academy Ltd.
• Trademark Bidding: Bidding on branded keywords (e.g., "Omastery", "The Online Mastery Academy") in Google Search Ads or Meta Ads without prior written consent.
• Cookie Stuffing & Black-Hat Tactics: Using hidden iframes, malware, pop-unders, or automated scripts to drop cookies without genuine user clicks.

6 Marketing Assets & Creative Licensing

Omastery provides pre-approved video creatives, hook formulas, ad copy, and sales scripts:

• You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use these assets solely for promoting Omastery products.
• You may not alter or manipulate the video creatives in a manner that distorts course pricing, alters guarantee terms, or damages company reputation.

7 Relationship of the Parties

Your relationship with The Online Mastery Academy Ltd is that of an Independent Contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representation, or employment relationship. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, business expenses, and advertising costs.

8 Termination & Forfeiture

Either party may terminate affiliate participation at any time with or without cause. In the event that The Online Mastery Academy Ltd terminates your account due to fraud, deceptive advertising, spam, or breach of this Agreement:

• Your affiliate links and replicated landing pages will be deactivated immediately.
• Any commission balances resulting from fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited marketing activities shall be permanently forfeited.
• The company reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies under Nigerian law for damages resulting from willful misconduct.
